How you can increase your physical activity with us

Our fully qualified Health Trainers work with you to help you set personal goals. They will help you find local physical activities that you can do using outdoor and indoor spaces.  From cycling to work to using outdoor gyms in your local park.  There is plenty around for you to keep fit.

Our Health Trainers will check in with you at regular agreed intervals to see how you’re progressing and provide any support and encouragement you might need.

Wherever you live in Devon there will be something available to you to help you achieve your goals at a time and place to suit you. Our Team can help point you in the direction of locations all over the county, or you can find services local to you.

If you prefer to be active outdoors why not join a weekly health walk, led by fully trained walk leaders? They are great for mental as well as physical health, these walks of 30 minutes to an hour also give you the chance to be sociable, meet new people and enjoy nature in places.

I’ve lost 7lbs since I started having support from OneSmallStep, I’ve actually really surprised myself with how well I’m doing.
