Mocktail Recipes

Everyone loves a special tipple at Christmas, but it can be very easy to over indulge. To avoid that, but still have that something special, why not try these alcohol-free mocktails.

4 cups cranberry juice

2 cups pineapple juice

2 cups orange juice

Diet lemonade or sparkling water

Sugar for glass rims

  1. Stir juices and ice together in a pitcher/jug.
  2. Dip damp edge of glasses into sugar, if desired.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve.

Blackberry Mint Spritzer

For the Spritzer (makes 1 drink)

5 blackberries

10 mint leaves

1/2 lime, juiced

1.5 oz simple syrup (a little less than 1 shot glass!)

1/2 cup sparkling water

Garnish (optional): extra mint leaves, 3 blackberries, lime slices

  1. Mix the blackberries, mint leaves, and syrup in a cup. Using a muddler (or the back of a wooden spoon), muddle everything together, squishing the juice from the blackberries and mint leaves.
  2. Once juiced, add the sparkling water and fresh lime juice.
  3. Fill the rest of the glass with ice, garnish with some sprigs of mint, a few black berries, a slice of lime and serve immediately.
