No Smoking Day is on the 11th of March 2020.

One Small Step will have a stop smoking zone in Princesshay on the 11th of March 2020 from 10am until 2pm.

The Event

Come and have a chat with us.

We can provide you with help and advice on why and how you should quit smoking. You can also learn about our services and take our smoker’s CO levels test which provides instant results and tells you how much carbon monoxide is in your body – we will also provide you advice and support based on your results.

There will be giveaways also be giveaways and the option to sign up for our stop smoking services.

About what we do

We provide support and advice to help you quit smoking. Our services are available for anyone who lives in Devon but excludes Plymouth and Torbay. We provide 12 weeks of sessions with a dedicated practitioner who’ll give you top tips on how to quit. They’ll also be able to advise on and prescribe the best nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products, including chewing gum, nasal sprays and patches for you to help manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
